How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 Cred for every $1 you spend in our workshop or rental. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated Creds balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards. There are also plenty of other ways to earn Creds under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Instagram and referring friends. Use your Creds to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough Creds to unlock a reward, you'll be notified via email. Note, you can only use one reward code per purchase. When you are ready to use your reward in our rental or workshop, just let one of our staff know at the counter.
Terms and Conditions
Browns Ski Shop reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions and the right to rewards at any time.
Only one reward can be used at a time with each purchase.
Creds are not transferable and are for yourself and your spouse/partner and any kids up to age 18.
If you return any of the items purchased with a reward, the reward discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
