• Free helmets, subject to availability, for young children

6) TAKING DAYS OFF – NO PROBLEM & NO COST!

• Just let us know in advance, drop off or have us collect the gear, and we don’t charge you rental for those days.
• We’ll drop your gear back to you when your ready to go again

• Do both with no hassle!
• Swap between a board or skis @ no extra cost – we like to be flexible!

9) ONCE WE KNOW YOU, YOU DON'T NEED TO COME INTO OUR SHOP FOR RE-FITTING

• We’d love to see you in person, but its not really necessary….. When you rent from us, we store your ‘vital statistics’ for the future so you won't need re-fitting.
• All you need to do is book online and we can have everything you need waiting for you. We will just do a final check of all your "vital" statistics when you come to collect the gear from us.
• We can fit your gear for you at our AUCKLAND STORE and we will have it ready for in Queenstown.
