Boot Guarantee

When you buy boots and footbeds from us we guarantee the fit. Try your boots at home before you go skiing. If any problems develop, we will customise the fit for your needs at no extra cost. If problems develop after you go skiing, we will continue to offer a free boot-fitting service. If the boots still prove to be unsuitable, we will give you a credit, provided the boots do not have abnormal wear and are returned within the season of purchase. No actual monetary refunds.

Warranty Guarantee

If you break or bend a ski in the first year of purchase from us, we will replace or repair it free of charge.

Conditions:

• The damaged ski must be returned to Browns Ski Shop
• The sales receipt must be produced
• Negligence is excluded from the guarantee and the state of repair will be taken into consideration
• Edge and base damage are considered wear and tear and chargeable
• The guarantee covers repair or replacement only - no refunds.

Ski Guarantee

We are confident that our staff will help you select the right size and type of ski and we guarantee it. If you are not happy with our recommendation you can return the skis and we will exchange them. We reserve the right to make a rental charge of 25% of the value of the skis for each week from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers the exchange of the skis only; it does not include a refund option. A valid sales receipt must be produced.

Kid's Buy-back Scheme

When you purchase new children's equipment from us and your children out-grow it, bring it back and we will give you a credit towards your next purchase of up to 40% of the original value. An original receipt must be produced. The amount of credit will reflect the equipment's' condition.
