equipment settings. In the case of kids, we will need to re-measure
as they are bound to have grown since the last time your were
here!

How It
Works
To make a
rental booking be ready to give us the following
information:
Height
(cm)
Weight
(kg)
Foot length
(mm)
Ability
(Level 1 = Beginner; Level 2 = Intermediate comfortable on blue
runs, ski/ride on piste top to bottom; Level 3 = advanced to expert
confident on most slopes including off piste, ski/rides with some
aggression)
Snowboard
stance (goofy = right foot forward, or regular)
Age
When you
come into the shop we take the time to fit the gear to your
specific requirements giving a personalised service for maximum
safety and comfort.
For
individual bookings simply fill the rental form, confirm your details and proceed to
the payment page.
For Groups
complete the Rental Form for yourself first, then simply click "Add
another person" on the confirmation page and give us their sizes
and gear preferences too. Once you have completed a form for
everyone continue to the payment page to confirm your
booking.
Any
discounts applicable to your booking will be done when you come
into the shop for custom fitting.
No Need To
Pay Until You Get Your Gear
We require
your credit card details to confirm your booking, however we
DON’T CHARGE you until we see you in the shop. We will only
charge your card if you fail to cancel your reservation and you
don’t show up (see cancellation policy below).
This makes
it nice and simple for groups, everyone can pay individually
when they come to get the gear fitted if they prefer. If there are
any discounts to apply to your booking such as our Family Discount,
this is done when you come into the shop, not via the online
booking form.
Once you
have submitted your booking, we will confirm by email. If there is
anything we are unclear about, we will ask you to clarify by
email.
If you would
like to amend your online booking there is no charge. You can do
this by emailing us.
Our
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling
or amending your booking is free. If you fail to cancel your
booking 3 DAYS PRIOR to your commencement date, we will have to
charge you 1 days rental cost for the whole group. We do this
because we have physcially taken your equipment out of our stock in
the shop to set up for you, and therefore we were unable to rent it
out to other customers irrespective of demand.
