Designed by Simon Jacoment with a single goal in mind: a completely new kind of ski combining maximum performance with ultimate enjoyment.

Zai is a new brand of Swiss skis made by hand in Disentis, a Surselva monastery village. The name is taken from a Raeto-romanish word meaning "tough". Zai attains uncompromising quality by focusing on essentials - the optomally functional design for perfect skiing, leaving nothing to chance. The result is a new and unpretentious kind of ski aesthetics.

Each Zai ski model has its own specific character and is thyerefore available in one length only. The only criteria for choosing the right Zai model is your needs and performance preferences, not the ski length. Here again, that is something very special about Zai.
